Our Process
Sketch Design & Preliminary Costing
Joseph will begin by visiting your house or site and discussing your ideas, vision and budget. We believe a deep understanding of your needs and desires is crucial in shaping the project’s direction. After taking detailed measurements, and offering his expert insight into the latest design trends, materials and layouts, Joseph will sketch preliminary options for you to consider through a shared online design board.
Following this, the drawings are further developed and our Quantity Surveyor will provide initial costing estimates. As you agree to proceed, the project really begins to take shape, and you’ll start to see your build or renovation design come to life.
Developed & Detailed Design – Final Costing
Joseph will further refine the drawings, guided by your input, and 3D sketch views will be provided to help you visualise the end result. Detailed construction drawings and consenting documentation will be prepared and submitted to the council. We’ll also engage with our trusted partners and suppliers, allowing you to choose your desired fixtures and fittings at discounted rates. We will also have your build team mobilised and ready to go as soon as the consent is approved.
The final costing will be completed by our Quantity Surveyor, and with council consent approval, we are now ready to build.
