Busy professional Auckland couple, Karen and Steph, were looking to develop the vacant street front portion of their sloping site in One Tree Hill, to be on-sold at completion. Due to their respective work commitments, they were looking for a complete design and build solution.

Variable width Western Red Cedar vertical shiplap exterior cladding by JCS Timber. Exterior landscaping and fencing by SGLA.

Designer kitchen opens up to private deck and outdoor living space.

Engineered Oak timber flooring by Just Hardwood Floors.

Fully tiled custom bathroom.

We specialise in a full design and build solution and this project is a testament to our unique approach. Effective collaboration with the council and trusted suppliers made the process run smoothly, and having oversight of the whole project from start to finish enabled us to keep Karen and Steph fully informed throughout.
